Vegan-friendly bread is not hard to find in the shops, but there’s nothing quite like homemade bread. And it’s not as much work as you think – you don’t need a bread machine to make bread without the hard work of kneading either – I often use the dough hook for the stand mixer that is part of my food processor to do the kneading for me – but only if I’ve forgotten to put a loaf of Nanna’s No-Knead Saucepan Bread on to rise!
These wheat-flour tortillas are a sure-fire winner too.
